So abortion is illegal

...what crime should women be charged with?

Attempted murder if they have failed abortion?
Murder if they succeed with an abortion?

Would the doctor be tried as an accomplice?

Would the father be tried as an accomplice or accessory if he knew about?

What about friends/family who helped arrange the procedure?

And if they were charged with murder, what sentence should be enforced?
A fine?  Jail time - how long?  Life in jail?  Death penalty?

Would the other children (if any) be taken from the family? If the woman murdered/was going to murder one of her children, doesn't that mean her other children would be in harm's way?
