Working in child development I get to see which toys engage kids the most and encourage learning. I've had a few things favorited in Amazon to order once I knew the age of the child I'd be taking care.

These are some of my favorite toys I've seen used during therapy...and ones kids love the most. I have a few more coming in; I think it's a good start!

And I've got enough of those purple mats to cover the play area and a pack of ABC one that I may put in J's room. 

We shall see....

(excuse the mess..I'm working on 1000 Years on the violin. I will perfect it!)

Still no work on when little man will be here. Hopefully I can arrange my week and weekend schedules to do what is best for him. I am scheduled to work all night 10/31...I'm debating on if I should just go ahead and ask for a replacement that night. I'm sure most kids want to trick or treat...even if I'm not really into it!
